I honestly love this Peanut Sauce so much - you can make it with Vegan Rice Spring Rolls, use it as a salad sauce or eat it with any kind of meat or vegetables - I especially like it with baked peas and broccoli sprouts.

Ingredients:

  • Creamy Peanut Butter - 80 gr

  • Soy Sauce - 2 Tbs

  • Rice Vinegar - 2 Tbs

  • Lime Juice - 1/2 Tbs (optional)

  • Brown Sugar - 1/2 Tbs (optional)

  • Honey - 2 Tbs (can be substituted with maple syrup)

  • Toasted Sesame Oil - 1 Tbs

  • Garlic - 1 clove pressed

  • Water - 2 Tbs

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, brown sugar, lime juice and garlic. Add in 2 to 3 tablespoons water, as many as you need to make the sauce creamy.
