Best Restaurants in Lenzerheide (2023 Edition)
Lenzerheide is definitely one of the most popular mountain resorts in Switzerland with over 200km of slopes in the winter which turn into the infamous “Bike Kingdom” in the summer. A paradise for hikers, bikers, skiers, snowshoers and so much more, Lenzerheide even has a Golf Course, a Tobbogan Run and a Rope Park. You will literally find every activity your heart desires and the best part is Lenzerheide is great for couples, families, friends and solo travellers alike (can you tell I’m a bit obsessed with Lenzerheide?).
Apart from all the activities Lenzerheide is also home to some absolutely delicious restaurants (2 of which are Michelin) but you will find good food no matter what your budgets and preferences are. Below you will find my favourite restaurants in Lenzerheide with some Fine Dining options as well as some Mountain Hut options - I hope you enjoy them.
Gourmet Restaurant Guarda Val
For a truly unique experience head to the Michelin Star Restaurant in the Hotel Guarda Val. Exquisit food and location - set in an old cowshed you will feel a comfortable yet elegant feeling at the same time which is quite rare for fine dining.

Scalottas Terroir
Scalottas Terroir is one of the best restaurants we have eaten in all of Switzerland. The restaurant only uses products from the region that are seasonally available and you can really taste the difference and the love they have for what they do.

La Riva
Another Michelin Star restaurant in Lenzerheide, La Riva is a classic fine dining spot. I’m not the biggest fan of traditional fine dining but that doesn’t change the fact that the food was incredible and the staff was extremely nice. The vegetarian choices are quite limited and they make Sushi at lunch.

La Patata
La Patata was one of the biggest surprises in Lenzerheide. The food is absolutely delicious, the restaurant is cozy and the staff super friendly. They have a nice terrace which is perfect for a lunch outside.

Pro Tip: The Rösti was probably the best I’ve ever had along with the Kalbskotlett.

Crap Naros
We liked Crap Naros so much we ate here three times during our one week stay in Lenzerheide. The food is very good, the prices are fair, the staff is friendly and the terrace is to die for.

Pro Tip: The Cordon Bleu is super good but if you’ve never had them try the typical Capuns (not an light dish but worth it)

Heid Stübli
Swiss food in a very Swiss setting - we definitely enjoyed our time at the Heid Stübli. They have a dedicated kids Menu and all the Swiss specialties were really good - they also make pizzas. It’s one of those restaurants that manages to please everyone without losing on quality.

Pro Tip: The Truffles Fondue and the Rösti were very good

Salon Rouge - Pop Up!
Salon Rouge is a Spanish Restaurant in Lenzerheide open from the 17th of December 2021 until the 17th of April 2022. The food is very good and the prices are also fair - not a fan of the decor as it was quite dark but many others enjoyed it.

Pro Tip: Gambas al Ajillo were super yummy

Berggasthaus Crest'ota
Crest'ota is not only a great place to stop and eat while skiing or hiking but it’s also a cute place to spend the night. The location is really unbeatable and the food is super yummy.

Motta Hütte
Another on-piste restaurant, Motta Hütte is probably the most modern “hut” you’ll ever see. They offer some good food along with some typical dishes like “Spätzli” or “Käseschnitte”.

Pro Tip: Come here, have something to eat and sit in the sun to enjoy life.

Scharmoin
Scharmoin is one of the best on piste restaurants in Lenzerheide. They serve typical mountain food and everything is of very high quality. They also have some specialties like the extra large Olma Sausage.
Perfect for: Lunch Outside, Après-Ski, Lunch with Friends, Lunch/ Dinner with Kids
Pro Tip: If you don’t want to have lunch/ dinner here just stop by for a quick drink or Après-Ski
